Closed type side stream water filter (G Type)
Introduction
Side stream water filter is a new generation products, which is developed on the basis of original full flow water processor, this equipment adopts the principle of superposition pulse in low voltage electric field, changes automatically adjust the output signal on the basis of the water quality, after treated by processor, aggregation degree of water molecular reduced and its structure changed such as dipole moment and polar of water molecular increased, surface tension increased, in this case, water molecule could achieve the dissolving ability on scale and purpose of scale removal.
Under the action of electrode, the processor will generate a large number of strong anti-scaling tiny crystals, these crystals can remove water-fouling ion and form loose aragonite crystals, which will be discharged through automatic blow down valve. Oxygen dissolving of this treated water will activate, under the electrolysis of electrode, the water produces a large number of OH, O2, H2O2 and other reactive oxygen substances, these substances is of strong oxidizing property which can thoroughly kill microorganisms and all kinds of algae in the water, so as to achieve excellent sterilization, removal and preventing of algae.
Meanwhile, the processor generates large amounts of reactive oxygen species will further oxidate tube wall and form a layer of compact oxidation film, such as Fe3O4 magnetite oxide film, which will passivate the tube wall and restrain corrosion on pipeline, so as to it increase the service life of the system and reach effect of anticorrosion for equipment.
